'After Goodwood, he recovered wonderfully and is now in top form,' said Appleby.
'He’s drawn in stall 14 out of 14, and I'm not sure if that's going to be beneficial or not. At this stage, it's hard to determine if it will work in his favor.'
'It's a different track and a new set of circumstances compared to Goodwood. We'll see how things unfold, but I'm expecting a very fast race. If the ground stays quick, I wouldn't be surprised to see the track record broken.'
Tom Marquand, the jockey of Big Evs, is confident that his horse is ready to overcome last year's setback as they prepare for the third round of the colt's rivalry with the Australian star Asfoora.
